She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Spangler and Vilda Spangler (Housley); her husband Mel; her daughter Rane; her siblings, Denis Spangler, Kent Spangler and Retha Spangler; and her grandson Jonathon Hancock.
She is survived by: her children, Martin, Ranae, Rick, Marty and Vanessa; and her siblings, Julia Martin, Heidi Czappa and Gary Spangler. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
