He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hansen and Vera Rosenbach-Hansen; and his brother James Hansen. He is survived by: his children, Wyatt Hansen (Holly) of Spearfish, Jesse Hansen (Petra) of Spearfish, Wendy Swartz (Luke) of Rapid City and Darrell Wayne Walking Jr. of Spearfish; and his grandchildren, Zachary Hansen (Tessa), Eli, Reese Hansen, Jasmine Franke (Austin), Cole Hansen, John, Heidi Hansen, Kendall Wittenberg, Rex, Peter Hansen, Bridger and Haven Swartz.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the United Methodist Church-Spearfish (845 N 5th St, Spearfish, SD 57783).
