He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Adams and Duane Adams; his brother Morgan; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Wagner and Dan Babcock.
He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Burke; his children, Edward Maurice Adams (Lynne) and Katrina Kaye Valentine (Adams); his wife Colleen Adams (McKee); his children, Thomas Morgan Adams (Danielle), Jessica Sue Herman (Adams) and Tina Valentine (Paul); his sisters, Jeanne Wagner and Jackie Babcock; and his grandchildren, Skyler Adams, Jaydin Adams, Macy Adams, Wyatt Herman and Beau Herman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Monument Home Health and Hospice of Spearfish.
