It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Loren Christensen in Spearfish, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Christensen and Annette Christensen; his in-laws, Velma and Elmer Conklin; and his sister Leanna Hanson (John).
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Conklin; his children, Jason Christensen (Janet) and Michelle Sinclair (Aaron); his grandchildren, Spencer, Drew, Sophia, Grace and Mattia; his brother Bryce Christensen (Lanna); his stepmother Clara Christensen; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Conklin (Shelley) and Joe Conklin (Colleen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Loren's life, the family will give any charitable donations to High Plains Western Heritage Center and Immanuel Lutheran Church.
