He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Dvorak and Kristine Dvorak (Jessen); his wife Jean Backer; his brother Arthur Dvorak; his siblings-in-law, Robert Kissner and Vickie Dvorak; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Dvorak and Elly Dvorak.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Dvorak Hochstetter (Bill) of Winter Springs, FL, David Dvorak (Beatrice) and Daniel Dvorak (Rita); his grandchildren, Adam Hochstetter (Shannon), Ben Hochstetter (Audrey), Kellee Dvorak Blumer (Nicholas), Jacque Dvorak Economo (Nick), Matthew Dvorak (Amber) and Ryan Dvorak (Mara); his great grandchildren, Avery Hochstetter, Addison Hochstetter, Austin Blumer, Olivia, Owen Economo, Darryan (Andrews), Gavin Dvorak and Ganon Dvorak; his siblings, Donna Kissner, Robert (June), Wilbur and Ronald; and his sister-in-law Darlene Dvorak (late Arthur Dvorak).
