It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A Sprigler of Spearfish, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Tommy Sprigler; his grandsons, Eric Weber and Josh Sherrard; his parents, Alfred Sprigler (Bud) and Lucy Mae Sprigler (McDonnell); and his brother Leo Sprigler Edward Sprigler.

He is survived by: his wife Joan LaFleur. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Joe contracted Covid in August of 2021 and began a long and hard fight that he lost.
