He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Jewell; and his parent-in-law Sam. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Brent, Nikki Larson (Nick), Black Hawk and Tyson Jewell; his grandchildren, Dustin, Bradyn Rico of Black Hawk, Charley, Paisley Jewell and Spearfish; and his siblings, Dick Jewell (JoAnn) of Sturgis and Pam Petersen (Jerry). He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
