He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Covell (Sonja) and Shane 'Opie Covell; his grandsons, Tristen and Ashton Covell; his stepgranddaughter Jessica Heil; his siblings, Richard (Jett), Robert (Heidi), Scott (Pam), Gerti Stafne (Kevin), Gail Hovorka (Ron) and Kim Sjovall (Al); and his brother-in-law Bruce Tracy (June). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
