He is survived by: his wife Mary Tarum; his children, Megan Wiessner (Kevin) and Jared Noem; his grandchildren, Grant and Britta Wiessner; his siblings, Al Noem (Sharon), Sally Erstad (Larry), Win Noem (Ruth), Rollie Noem (Peg), Larry Noem (Leslie) and Avis Welton (Ron); and his aunt June Noem. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Though Parkinson's Disease changed the trajectory of Harley's life, it left his personality and spirit untouched.
