He is survived by: his wife Teresa Horsley; his sons, Hudson Horsley of Whitewood, Dallas Horsley (Alise) of Medford, OR and Nelson Horsley of Rapid City; his siblings, Gail Millard (Steve) of Rapid City, Robin Leaf (Mike) of Fort Collins, CO, Bob Horsley (Kim) of Rapid City and Dan Horsley (Laurel) of Rapid City; his father-in-law Vern Fischer of Rapid City; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Murphy (Richard) of San Antonio, TX and Diane Sharp (Scott) of Rapid City. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins.
