She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Bell and Bertha Bell; her husband Lyle Ainsworth; her son Donald; and her siblings, Ruby, Leroy (Bud), Tom and Douglas.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Ainsworth (Sonia) of Spearfish, Stan Ainsworth (Pierre) and Lincoln Ainsworth (Elaine); and her siblings, Sonya Albers and Roger Bell of Spearfish. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
