He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Fowler and Ida M Fowler (Diebert); his wife Rebecca; his son Marvin; and his grandson Michael Piane.
He is survived by: his brother Samuel Fowler (Pat); his sons, Larry Fowler (Marie) of Yorktown, VA and Brian Fowler of Billings, MT; his grandchildren, Jessica Schuster (Dave), Rachel Green (Josh), Brandon Piane (Callisa), Mandy Wipf (Brandon), Jarrett Fowler (Abbey), Sara Fowler and Zachary Hebbert (Taylar); and his children, Lauren Fowler and Joshua Fowler. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
