He is survived by: his friend Silvia Gomez (Sturgis); his brother Roy Rush (Sher) of Utah; his nephew Brandon Rush (California); and his nieces, Savanna Rush of Oregon, Alicia Harris of Oregon, Cassandra Torango of Oregon, Rubi Trent of Oregon and Tiffany Stilwell of Oregon.
