He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Sampson and Estrid Nancy Sipe (Frojd); his wife Shirley; and his sister Viola Mae Shaw (Sipe). He is survived by: his children, Darrel Sipe and Cheryl Sipe; his daughter-in-law Terri Meyer Sipe; his grandchildren, Meghan Klobucar and Jacob Sipe; and his sister Phyllis Laverne Harvey (Sipe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
