With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jane Allen of Spearfish, South Dakota, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2024 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Meyer and Mildred Meyer (Clancy). She is survived by: her husband Silas Gilbert Allen; her children, Dr. Charles Allen (Claire) and Barbara Brady (Bob); her grandchildren, Matthew Allen, James Allen, Dr. Katherine Brown and Cassandra Iwansky (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Corinne, Lilah Brown and Lydia Iwansky.

Memorials may be given to either the Trinity United Methodist Church, Kimball Hospital Foundation.
