He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lotzer and Velva Lotzer (Solberg); his wife Bernadine Hervert (Bonnie); and his daughter-in-law Tammy Jo Lotzer. He is survived by: his children, Doug Frisk-Lotzer (Kathy) of Lynnwood, WA and Susan Deutsch (Randy); his grandchildren, Amanda Lotzer (James) of Arlington, WA and Jason Lotzer (Carly) of Marysville, WA; his great grandchild James Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Riley Frisk (Amanda), Jerrad Frisk (Katie) and Brittany Frisk (Eli); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ronan and Mila; and his siblings, Larry Lotzer (Diane) of Waikoloa, HI, Sharon Madsen (Curt) of Bloomington, MN and Gail Lotzer of Sisseton, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
