Monsen and Helen Monsen (Myhre) of Veblen; her former husbands, James Gipson and Jason Joyner; her husband Alan Herman of Sisseton; her children, Robert Gipson, Terryl Gipson, Dakota "Koty" Joyner and Brandilee Joyner; her grandchildren, Callista, Cordelia, Carissa, Robert James Joyner and Julian Medina; and her brother Todd Monsen.
