He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Cleveland and Hazel Cleveland (Knapp); his son Jackie Roy; his in-laws, Leo and Hulda Huff; his brothers, Harlan Cleveland (Delores), Ervin Cleveland (Maren), Sgt. James Cleveland and Duane Cleveland; his nephew Bob Cleveland; his stepgrandson David Petersen; his stepgreat-grandson Tanner Bruce; his sons-in-law, Alvin Ziebarth and Jimmy Stavick; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin and Arlo Huff.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Huff; his children, Gordon (Debbie) of Custer, Floyd of Sisseton, Juanita of San Antonio and Marita (Bill) of Sisseton; his siblings, Dale Cleveland (Bonnie), Calvin Cleveland (Linda), Charles Cleveland (Lorraine), Arlene Thovson (Sherman) and Gloria Echols; and his aunt Verna Knapp. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 adopted great grandchildren and families; 2 step grandchildren.
