She is survived by: her children, Mark Ellsworth and Janet Spurgin (David); her grandchildren, Allan Ellsworth (Casey), Aaron Ellsworth, Lindsey Stange (Ryan), Will Spurgin (Nastasha), Jenny Spurgin and Sarah Chance; and her great grandchildren, Eli Ellsworth, Evelyn Ellsworth, Braxton Turner, Bailey Turner, Ella Turner, Trenton Turner, Elissa Cuellar, Dylan Chance, Devin Chance and Jenavive Chance. She is also survived by cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
