She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Cooper and Alpha Cooper (Hollen); her husband Francis George; her children, Ronnie George, Linda Quinn and Carolyn Brown; her granddaughter Chrissy George; her stepfather Ralph Thurston; and her brother Wayne Cooper (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Virgil George (Vickie), Janice Neilan (Francis), Cindy Steiner (Jerry) and Connie Christensen (Gregg); her sons-in-law, Louis Quinn and David Brown Sr.; her siblings, Marcella Aas, Andy Thurston and Allan Thurston; and her sister-in-law Luella George. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
