He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowland and Marie Rowland (Ness); his daughter Jilynda; his brothers, Robert and Gerald Rowland; and his sister-in-law Myrtle Rowland.
He is survived by: his sons, Troy Rowland (Amy) of Watertown, SD and Chad Rowland of Everett, WA; his son-in-law Robert Barton; his siblings, Linda George (Donald) of Sisseton, SD, Marlyn Sattler of Lake City, SD and Gary Gonzales (Kathy); and his aunt Betty Rowland of Montevideo, MN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
