He is survived by: his wife Kyleen Neilan of Sisseton, SD; his daughter Kaci Neilan of Veblen, SD; his stepdaughters, Cristina Klimowski of Chicago, Shannan Callahan of Texas and Victoria Zook of Clarksville, TN; his brothers, Dan Neilan (Theresa) of Watertown, SD and Ronald Neilan of Peever, SD; his half-sister Mary Neilan of Minnesota; his aunt Geraldine Cole; his uncle Harlan Amos of Sioux Falls, SD; and his sister-in-law Betty Neilan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
