He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McGregor and Catherine McGregor (McMahon); and his siblings, John, William, Douglas, Jim, Donald, Peg and Juanita.
He is survived by: his wife Arletta McGregor of Sisseton; his children, Teresa Diaz (Albert) of Grand Forks, ND, Ron McGregor (Lisa Forcier) of Peever, SD, Karla Janisch (Mark) of Eden, SD and Gerald McGregor (Angel) of Britton; and his sister Isabelle Poling of Florida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
