He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hans, Mathilda Osterman, Ole and Alice Dalberg; and his brother-in-law James George.
He is survived by: his parents, Darwin Osterman and Mavis Osterman (Dalberg) of Sisseton; his wife Nicole Fenez of Sisseton; his stepsons, Luke, Tanner (Danielle), Kyle (Samantha), Chad (Sylvie) and Grampa Genius; and his siblings, Ronnie Flannery (Barb) of Watertown, Pam Dykstra (Perry) of Sisseton and Cindy Block (Todd) of Sisseton. He is also survived by seven nieces; and several great nieces and nephews.
