With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dean Lotzer of Sisseton, South Dakota, who passed away on December 31, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his sister Karen Hipp; and his brother-in-law Don Richardt. He is survived by: his grandson Peirce Steffen; his daughters, Andrea Reede (Mark) of Kronenwetter, WI and Nicole Steffen of Edgar, WI.; his grandchildren, Paige Manderfield (Phoenix), Pierce, Payton, Prentis Steffen, Samantha, Lilly, John and Ella Reede; his siblings, Dale Lotzer (Ginny) of St. Paul, MN, Shirley Svendsen of Annandale, MN, Dennis Lotzer (Desi) of Hutchinson, MN, Donna Juncewski (Roger) of Howard Lake, MN and Dan Lotzer (Kathy) of Litchfield, MN.; his siblings-in-law, Neil Hipp of Breckenridge, MN, Richard Schultz (Lori) of Helena, MT. and Gloria Richardt of Wausau, WI.; and his close friend Jeannine Gerber. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews.
