She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Brant and Rose Blossom Brant (Johnson); her children, Andrea White and Robert Starr; her grandson Landis Barse; her great grandchild Giselle German; and her siblings, Alcott Brant Sr., Gary Brant, Mike Brant, Stacy Brant, Olivia Eatman, Inez Marks and Rita Holybull (Brant).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Starr of Sisseton, SD; her children, Yolanda Starr of Peever, SD, Arnold White Jr. of Agency Village, SD, Chad MacConnell of Rapid City, SD and Brent Starr of Sisseton, SD; and her siblings, Wanda Johnson of Sisseton, SD and Ronald Brant of Sisseton, SD. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Her favorite past time was going to bingo (pre-pandemic) and playing slot machines.
