He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Guy and Cordilia Guy (Douglas); and his siblings, Jerry, Jerome, Donray Guy and Donna Mae Guy.
He is survived by: his sons, Vincent Curtis Guy of Moorhead, MN and Adrian Lee Guy Jr. of Moorhead, MN; and his grandson Chaske Guy of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A procession will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Woodlake Wellness Center. A wake will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dakotah Oyate Cemetery.
