He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyman Arthur Card Sr. and Erma Ruth Nelson; and his son Paul Duane. He is survived by: his wife Millie Marie Westlake; his children, Kimberly Kaye (Larson) and James Wade Card; his grandchildren, Jonathan Dose, David Larson, Jennalee Larson and Landon Card; his great grandchildren, James and Leighton Dose; his siblings, Lyla Kollbaum of Anthon, IA and Ivan Card Card (Cheryl) of Brandon; and his aunt Betty Railsback of Bellmont, MI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and a long list of lifetime friends.
