He is survived by: his wife Kathy "Tweetie" of Sioux Falls; his children, Lance Gerth of Brandt, Brandan Gerth of Clear Lake, Neal Gerth (Wilmie) and Charlotte Albu (Ron) of Wasasso, MN; his sister Joyce Hein (Gary) of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Emily, Amrel-Nore, Justin Gerth, Dominick and Haley Albu; his great grandchildren, Nash and Helen Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon O'Connell (Doug), Linda Zimmer, Rozanne Binkerd (Rory), Lory Hallem (Cliff), Jim Zimmer (Cathy) and Mark Zimmer (Carmen).
