He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kolb and Clara Kolb; his siblings, Charlotte McMaster, Roberta Baker and John Kolb; and his siblings-in-law, Grace, Connie Kolb and Rich Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elizabeth Baker; and his siblings, Thomas Kolb (Vickie) and Kathy Puthoff (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Christ The King School or the Bishop Dudley House.
