With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wendell Shaw (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), who passed away on March 26, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise "Cookie" Shaw; his parents, Lawrence "Scoop" Dysart, Sr. and Margaret Tolson; and his sisters, Hattiesburg Williams, Dorthy Dysart, Marie Dysart-Williams and Johnetta Dysart.
He is survived by: his children, Winifred "Gail" Williams, Teresa Turner (Joe), George Davis (Linda), John Davis, Robert Davis, Ramona Rosa (Julio), Maria Gullickson, Booker Gullicson, Jason Vaughn, Memory M. Shaw and Daniel W. Shaw; and his siblings, Paul Dysart, Sr., Robert Dysart, Cathy Boykin, Carlotta Willard, Rita Moore, Porter Williams and John Williams. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; fond nieces and nephews; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
