He was predeceased by: his parents, Alf Weeg and Alice Weeg; and his siblings, Roger, Dale, Verlyn, Lloyd, Gary, Evelyn and Lavonne.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Gallagher; his children, Peggy Souvignier (Robert), Patty Kettwig (Don), Marion, Penny Tebben (Dave), Michael Weeg (Karin), Michelle Paulsness (Stuart) and Baltic (Anne); and his brother James (Mary).
