We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2022, at the age of 101, Walt C. Carlson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, born in Marvin, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carlson and Anna Carlson; and his spouse Mathel Severson. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Burt, Vonnie Jans (Dennis) and Nancy Hickey (Daniel); his grandchildren, Angela Jones (Tim), Christopher Burt (Carrie), Molly Spaude (Ian), Andrew Jans (Heidi), Ryan Jans and Benjamin Hickey (Jenica); his great grandchildren, Tori Jones (Jaivon Donnell), Mackenzie Jones, Josie Spaude, Sam Spaude and Mady Thompson; and his great great grandchild Gianna Donnell.
Memorials are preferred to Avera Hospice, Samaritan's purse, or the Union Gospel Mission.
