It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Tarver (Sioux Falls, South Dakota), born in Monmouth, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Jamison Harper and L. Lee Harper; her children, Dr. Shari Tarver Behring (John) of Canyon Country, CA, Dr. David Tarver (Donna Devine) of Seattle, WA, Genell Grow (late Richard) of Rainier, OR, Paula Leckey (Eric) and Lee Tarver; and her husband Russ. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren, wonderful friends.
