With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vincent Maag of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 12, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Maag and Selma Maag (Becking); and his siblings, Don (Delores), Les (Diane), Darrell, Vic Maag, Alice Breuer (Duane), Evonne, Joe Lesnar, Pat and Larry Sumner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Flanagan; his children, Greg Maag (Kathy) of Watertown, SD, Katie Fritzemeier (Todd) of Brookings, SD, Lisa Heronimus (Paul) of Ellsworth, MN, Nancy Maag of Sioux Falls, SD and Eric Maag of Sacramento, CA.; his siblings, Jerry Maag (Lynn) of Crosby, MN and Kim Maag of Florence; his sister-in-law Judy Maag of Florence, SD.; and his grandchildren, Josh Maag (Nikki), Jennie McNamara (Andrew), Jordan Maag (Elle), Austin Fritzemeier, Nick Heronimus (Hollie), Kyle Heronimus (Anna) and Brett Heronimus (Mikayla). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
