She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Wagner and Hazel Wagner (Kolls); her husband Donald Fenner; her granddaughter Shantelle Toussaint; her sisters, Verna Menard and LaVon Dickey; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Menard, Ernie Dickey, Tom Fenner, Jim Fenner and Sarah Fenner.
She is survived by: her children, Jayne Toussaint (Doug) of Oklahoma City, OK, Julie Karpinsky of Mankato, MN and David Fenner (Jodie) of Belle Plaine, MN.; her grandchildren, Danielle Mansell (Joshua), Laura Sheth (John), Lindsay Karpinsky, Zack Karpinsky (Cortnee Sorenson), Cody Fenner (Nicole), Dustin Fenner (Victoria), Chelsea Ortman (Robert), Haley Ling (Sam) and Jay Bayer; her great grandchildren, Chloee Fenner, Brittany Fenner, Adalynn Sheth, Aubrey Fenner, Olivia Mansell, Mia Fenner, Emma Fenner, Harper Fenner, Garret Fenner, Skyler Sheth, Lilly Karpinsky, Jack Mansell and Ronan Karpinsky; her sister JoAnn Wagner; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Fenner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith & Kernke Funeral Home (14624 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73134). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home, Southside Chapel (7400 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108).
