He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hayes of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Steven Hayes (Barb) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lori Jensen (Mark) of Hartford, SD; his stepchildren, Cheri Brisard of Atlanta, GA and Mark Clyde (Arla) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Dean Hayes of Sioux Falls, SD and Sandra Aichle of Sioux Falls, SD.
