He was predeceased by: his parents, Janis Kelley (McRae) and Tom D. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Julie Kelley (Perry) of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Amy Kelley of Sioux Falls, SD, Susan Wicks (Travis) of Madison, SD and Tom M. Kelley (Laura Hatfield) of Brookline, MA; his grandchildren, Ronan Wicks of Madison, SD, William, Zachary and Andrew Osdoba of Sioux Falls, SD; his mother-in-law Marge Perry of Brandon, SD; and his siblings, Jane Oligmueller (Gerry) of Lincoln, NE, Jackie Polzin (Tim), Patty Maestas (Richard) of Aurora, CO, Scott Kelley of Sioux Falls, SD, Katie Nanstiel (Gene) and Stevie Trudel (Skip) of Hillsboro, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tom's family is requiring masks to be worn at both events, social distancing, and also requesting that you attend only one event to reduce possible exposure.
