It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Buysman of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Van Engen and Tina Van (Van Roekel); her husband Norman Buysman; and her siblings, Gert Baker (Joe), Nancy Cuperus (Nick), Clazina Vander Veen (Mitch), Alice Van Engen, Johanna Vos (Jake), Mina Van Kley (Cornie), Abe Van Engen, Gerrit "Gary" Van Engen, John Van Engen, Gerrit Van Engen, George Van Engen, William Van Engen and Albert Van Engen.
She is survived by: her children, Iris Jean Slama (David) of Rapid City, SD and Marvin James Buysman (Cherie) of Lincoln, NE; her sisters-in-law, Joyce Meyer (Garrett) of Worthington, MN and Evelyn Runia (Lloyd) of Sibley, IA.; her grandchildren, Brooks Slama of Rapid City, SD, James Slama (Renee) of Mission Viejo, CA, Andrew Slama (Summer) of Colorado Springs, CO, Jordan Slama (Meg) and Lexa Wright of Sioux City, IA; and her great grandchildren, Kira, Kai, Klein, Chloe and June.
