He is survived by: his parents, Richard Umfleet and Debra Umfleet; his partner Karissa Lutz; his sons, Jackson and Max Umfleet; his siblings, Steven Umfleet (Lisa), Kevin Umfleet (Krystal), Paul Umfleet, Christy Broshes (Zach) and Linda Vorhees; and his brother-in-law Paul Vorhees. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
