He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Niewald and Sara Niewald; his sister-in-law Clarice Niewald; his nephews, Jody Page and Troy Niewald; and his niece Joan Niewald.
He is survived by: his wife Shawn of Sioux Falls, SD; his siblings, Larry (Sally) of Sioux Falls, SD, Vernon of Sioux Falls, SD, David (Karen) of Sioux Falls, SD, Donald of Colorado Springs, CO, Linda Michael (Paul) of Edmond, OK and Cherry Page of Sioux Falls, SD; and his stepchildren, Jordan West, Mercades Daws, Star Daws and Xenja Daws. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and 3 step-grandchildren.
