He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Inor and Louise Rustand (Hagge); his brother Robert C. Rustand; his sister-in-law Deanna Rustand; and his nephews, Lee Rustand and Steve Regnier.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Vercruysse; his stepsons, Tony (Franny Cantrell) of Carney and Tim (Elaine Palmberg); his stepgrandchildren, Mikaela and Levi Rustand of Brandon; and his sister Phyllis Regnier of St. Peter.
