He is survived by: his partner Lesley Schoonhoven; his daughter Mckenzie Eaves of Jacksonville, FL; his stepmother Shari Moscrop of Bullhead City, AZ; his siblings, Darren Moscrop (Noemi) of Fontana, CA, Ryan of Bullhead City, AZ, Tami of Cushing, OK and Tanya of Grand Forks, ND; and his nephew William Moscrop.
