We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2019, at the age of 98, Thomas B. Ludgate (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Ludgate and Frances; and his son-in-law Werner. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Schultz of Flandreau; his children, Janice Kitzler of Vermillion, John, Brian of Sioux Falls and Diane Love (Steve) of Cameron, Montana; and his grandchildren, David Kitzler (Claudia) of Marietta, GA, Kelly Whisinnand (Tom) of Omaha, NE, Suzanna Beran (Greg) of Lincoln, NE and Jennifer Wassenberg (Matt) of Omaha. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
