He is survived by: his former wife Angie Mickalowski; his wife Angie Sullivan; his children, Renae Nichols (Rob), Sioux Falls, Paul Sullivan and Michael Sullivan (Julie); his grandchildren, Ranessa Nichols, Raeann Nichols, Renecca Nichols, Rylan Nichols and Katherine Sullivan; and his siblings, Robert Sullivan (Elaine) of Mitchell, SD, Judy Forster (Gerald), Walter Sullivan, Corine Leidholt (Jerry), Daniel Sullivan (Karen) and Olathe. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
