She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Whitted (Phillips) and Russell Whitted; her husband Curtis Froke; her son Duane; and her siblings, Donald (Rae), Merlin (Carol), Kenneth Whitted, Vivian Jenson (Earl) and Darlene McMillian.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Johansen (Merl DeBoer) of Sioux Falls, Irene VandeWeerd (Cliff) of Sioux Falls, Mary Pruitt of Tea, David Froke (Bailey) of Humboldt and Darwin Froke of Hull, IA; and her sisters, Carol Ann NeMec (Frank), Madonna Maroon (Lee) and Debra Scudder (Chris). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren.
