It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Linn Nelson of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Nelson and Frances Nelson (Barton); his brothers, Norris Nelson Jr., Larry Nelson, Brian Nelson and Dennis Nelson; his father-in-law Don Markle; his brother-in-law Mike Hoogendoorn; and his pets, Rascal, Buddy and Sam.
He is survived by: his grandson Stuart; his wife Sheila Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Rachael Rosenboom (Jody) of Rock Rapids, IA and Stuart Nelson (Amber) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Luci Nelson, Regan Rosenboom, Brooklyn Nelson and Raeleigh Rosenboom; his brothers, Rick Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD, Rod Nelson (Carole) of Spokane, WA and Duane Nelson (Connie) of Deltona, FL; his mother-in-law Arlene Markle of Canton, SD; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Nelson of Sioux Falls, SD and Deb Hoogendoorn of Rock Rapids, IA.
His most recent employment was in shipping and receiving at Malloy Electric, where he worked with his brother, Rick until his retirement due to his declining health with Alzheimer's, in December 2018.
