She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Starnes and Cathryn Starnes (Miller); and her siblings, Sandra Haugo, Ronnie and Tom.
She is survived by: her children, David Albers (Elizabeth) of Sioux Falls, SD, Bruce Albers-Bradfeldt (Erin), Cathleen Jaton (Robbi) of Hartford, SD and Amy Forster (Rob); and her brothers, Jim Starnes (Janice) of Montrose, SD and Rick Starnes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
