He was predeceased by: his mother Arlene Varcoe (Bast); his wife Margo Jean Collins; his sons, Heath and Nathan; and his brother-in-law John T. Collins.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Noah, Mollie and Elias Varcoe; his children, Ginger Varcoe of Sioux Falls, SD and Paul Varcoe (Erica) of Sioux Falls, SD; his siblings, Chuck Varcoe (Rickie) of Adel, IA and Jane Sesker (David) of Des Moines, IA; his sister-in-law Lynn Ryan of Spain; and his nephew Nate Sesker. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and many other relatives and friends.
