Stella Cooksley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2019, at the age of 89, Stella Cooksley (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reents and Hazel Reents (Kranz); her husband Richard Cooksley; her son Brian John Cooksley; and her brothers, Don, Lloyd, Howard and James Reents.

She is survived by: her children, Craig Cooksley (Sherry) of Sioux Falls, Carol Cooksley (Chris Stewart) of St. Paul, MN and Christy McDermott (Brian) of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Andrew Stewart, Matthew Stewart (Kati Medler), Rebecca Cooksley (Kyle Franke), Madilyn McDermott, Blake McDermott and Claire McDermott; her great grandchild Ryder Franke; and her brother Dennis Reents (Lucille) of Sioux Falls.

Memorials may be directed to East Side Presbyterian/Little Stone Church in Sioux Falls.
